Description
Design and develop state of the art Web 2.0, Ajax applications for Real Estate Industry. Work on a team with industry experts to create high end websites for consumers and real estate professionals. Work with C#, SQL Server 2005, Ajax, Google Maps and other cutting edge technologies to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications
This position requires an excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programming techniques and methodologies. Qualified applicants must have:

• Working experience with C# or Java
• Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience developing web application
• Good Understanding of SQL and Relational Databases

Industry experience with C#, Photoshop, .NET framework, SQL Server, and Ajax is desired. Qualified applicants must be capable of assuming full project responsibility in this challenging environment.

Description
Design and develop data processing applications with C# and SQL Server 2000 / 2005. Work in a high-transaction environment to import data from regional MLS'. Build scalable and high-performance processes to transform and load data. Aggregate data from different sources for presentation on the web.

Qualifications
This position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and C# / Java. Must be able to write SQL queries, work with Stored Procedures and understand data loading processes. Working knowledge of ADO .Net or Java equivalent is desired. Qualified applicants must be capable of assuming full project responsibilities in this challenging environment.
